I hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Kafrelsheikh University in Egypt. I also completed a 1-year internship program at WCVM, Saskatchewan University .
I’m a Theriogenology Resident here at the VTH. My path to this specialty began after seven years in mixed animal practice. I then completed a large animal internship with a focus on equine theriogenology at the University of Saskatchewan before beginning my residency at the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC). My professional interest is in the entire process of reproduction, and I find immense satisfaction in helping to create new life and witnessing the joy of healthy newborns.
