Dr. Molly Mills

I graduated from the University of Vermont in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. I then graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College in 2019 as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation I pursued an internship at Blue Ridge Equine Clinic in Earlysville, Virginia. This was followed by starting a residency program at the Atlantic Veterinary College in Equine Ambulatory Equine Services.

As an Ambulatory Equine Service veterinarian I have a strong interest in sports medicine, geriatric equine wellness, and equine welfare. I also enjoy educating students and horse owners alike. We are fortunate to live in a horse-dense province which allows us constant opportunities to learn from our equine counterparts and expand our veterinary skills.”

Clinic hours

The AVC Veterinary Teaching Hospital operates 8 AM to 10 PM 7-365. Our front desk is staffed from 8am until 11pm 7 days a week. Clients can call to make appointments, request prescription refills, or to make other general inquiries during those hours. Appointments for Community Practice and Specialty Services are scheduled from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm based on service availability. Clients with animal emergencies can call between 8 AM and 10 PM-7-365.
